Payment terms

  • Payment per session is due in cash or via direct bank transfer.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the full amount will be charged. This must be paid via bank transfer or at the latest by the next session. This policy is necessary as the reserved time can no longer be scheduled for someone else.

  • The rates do not include telephone and email consultations, intercollegial discussions, the creation of a treatment plan, report writing, or travel time. These will be charged based on the time spent on these activities during consultation.

Tip! Experience shows that a double session for intake and follow-up sessions provides more peace and depth. This allows you to schedule the next appointment later while keeping the total investment the same.

Why choose this practice?

Engagement

As a systemic therapist, I am here to work alongside you, whether it’s family therapy, individual therapy, or couples therapy. I take the time to understand what’s going on in your life and how your personal situation relates to the broader context of your relationships. My engagement means standing by your side, fully focused on your unique circumstances and challenges, and consistently striving for the best possible solution for you and your loved ones.

Empathy

Empathy is at the heart of my work. Whether you are working on issues within your family, relationship, or personal development, I listen with genuine interest and without judgment. It’s important that you feel heard and supported. In family therapy, I create a safe space where everyone feels acknowledged. In individual sessions, I focus entirely on your perspective, allowing you to work at your own pace toward healing or improving your well-being and relationships.

Genuineness

Genuineness is a core value in my therapy. Whether in family therapy, couples therapy, or individual sessions, I am always clear and honest about what I see and what I think. I believe it’s important that you always know where you stand and what to expect from treatment. This transparency builds trust and gives you the confidence that we are working together toward real, achievable solutions.

Realism

My approach is always realistic and practical. Together, we set achievable goals that align with your situation, whether you’re working on improving dynamics within your family, relationship, or personal life. I help you take concrete steps that fit with the complexity of your life. My experience as a systemic therapist ensures that I offer solutions that are realistic for long-term change, without overwhelming you with unrealistic expectations or sudden transformations.

Expertise

With my background as both a systemic therapist and a neuropsychologist, I am well-equipped to guide you through complex challenges. My understanding of neuropsychology gives me deep insights into how the brain and behavior are interconnected, and how certain patterns of thinking and feeling can be understood and changed. This helps me offer a holistic approach in therapy, whether you are an individual, a couple, or a family. My expertise ensures that I not only listen but also think deeply alongside you to bring about lasting changes.
