If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the full amount will be charged. This must be paid via bank transfer or at the latest by the next session. This policy is necessary as the reserved time can no longer be scheduled for someone else.<\/p><\/li><li>The rates do not include telephone and email consultations, intercollegial discussions, the creation of a treatment plan, report writing, or travel time.
